If you have any questions, concerns, feedback, suggestions and ideas, or want to say "HI", PLEASE reach out to me!! If there is an error with your order or some anomaly with a part, PLEASE reach out to me!! Resin can do strange things sometimes, like shrink, yellow, bulge or even bend in higher temps. Sometimes shit happens, and it could even be an error on my part. I pour a lot of resin down in my dungeon and oversights can happen. Posting on social media to crow about it will do nothing to help me resolve it for you. All that will do is make me want to print off your profile picture, hang it on my bulletin board and make fun of it. Seriously, if there is a concern or issue, or even suggestions to improve my parts, I cannot take the necessary steps if I'm the last dude to know about it!

Turnaround: Most kits I make to order, which means I do not keep an inventory on most items. I try very hard to get all orders for regular kits processed and mailed within 5-7 days. If it looks like I may miss that deadline I will reach out to you with a status update. If you ordered a Nebula Conversion, please note that it can take up to 3 (maybe 4) weeks to process and ship. Please do not email me asking about the status of your Nebula if it has only been a week or two.

I do enjoy hearing from other fellow modelers and I do my best to respond to emails within 10-12 hours.
