Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unless special arrangements are made, all orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or UPS, with tracking provided --NO EXCEPTIONS. A tracking number provides protection for both the seller and the buyer and it's worth the extra few bucks. Please ensure the correct address when ordering! I am NOT responsible for lost, misdirected, or mishandled items by the courier. However, under some circumstances I may refund the cost of the parts or remake them at least. Shipping, unless it's something that's my bad, is not refundable. If any orders are misdirected (i.e. put on the wrong truck or plane), and the address is correct, there is NOTHING I can do with the USPS until at least 14 days after mailing before the USPS will even allow inquiries. This happens often around the Holidays, so please be patient if this happens to your order. However, you can track your packages at www.usps.com or www.ups.com.
Most kits are MADE TO ORDER. That being said, please allow at least 5-7 business days prior to shipping. For the Nebula Conversion please allow at least 3 weeks, 4 at the most. If it looks like I may miss that deadline I will personally reach out to you with an explanation. In most cases I will combine shipping if there are multiple orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A tracking number provides protection for both the seller and the buyer and it's worth the extra few bucks. Please ensure the correct address and format when ordering! If it wasn't for Google Maps there is no way I'd be able to determine how some of these international addresses are formatted when they come to me looking all wonky; Germany and Denmark are especially complicated. Please note that I am NOT responsible for lost, misdirected or mishandled items by the courier. However, under some circumstances, I will refund the cost of the parts, or remake them at least. Usually, around the Holiday Season, there may be a 2- to 3-week delay in delivery due to the massive loads of package traffic going around the world. However, recipients can track their packages at www.usps.com or www.ups.com. Even though packages may be moving VAST distances at the speed of dog sleds, you will at least be able to track its progress. If, whenever possible, I will ALWAYS try to get you the best rate. Please note that tracking numbers may not always update to the location of the package after it has cleared Customs or is in possession of that country’s postal service. Some Customs officials like to sleep on parcels in countries that collect taxes and tariff fees. Contrary to popular belief, I have no control over this. However, it could be worse--some countries like Brazil just might keep it regardless if it looks cool.

Lake Monster does not collect any UK or EU or other VAT taxes or fees. International customers are fully responsible for all import duties, taxes/tariffs or fees upon receipt. Lastly, please do not ask me to falsify product values for Customs declarations, as I will refuse.
