Refund policy
If there is a defect, missing parts or even if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I am happy to help! Please do not go crowing about it on social media first. If everyone else is aware there is an issue except me then there is nothing I can do to solve it for you. You'll find I'm very reasonable to work with.
Returns will be accepted as long as they are filed within 30 calendar days of receipt. The only exception to this is if clear parts are yellowing prematurely, which I will honor. Please read the "Yellow Resin Notice" on the home page for conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is defective or damaged, I may ask you to send a picture of the defective part as to expedite the process for a replacement or refund. Depending on the circumstances, I may request the item be returned first. I will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you. If a return of the part is requested, I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item and will initiate a refund to the original method of payment immediately. You will receive the refund within the timeframe of your online financial provider or card issuer's policies. If the return is not due to an error on my part, buyer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
