If you have any questions, concerns, feedback and ideas, OR just want to say "Hi", PLEASE reach out to me!! If there is an error with your order or some anomaly with a part, PLEASE reach out to me!! Sometimes shit happens, and it could even be an error on my part. I pour a lot of resin in my dungeon and even I am entitled to have a rotten day once in awhile. Crowing about an issue on social media without contacting me first will do nothing to help me resolve it for you. If you do this, I reserve the right to print off your Facebook profile picture, doodle on it, hang it on my bulletin board and make fun of it. If there is a concern or issue, or even suggestions to improve my parts, I cannot take the necessary steps if I'm the last dude to know about it. Also, please bear in mind that resin can do strange things sometimes, like shrink, yellow, bulge or even warp. Heat can also make resin parts soft, and can happen in the summer during long transits in hot delivery trucks. This can be easily corrected with hot water and the parts should revert back to its original shape. If there are any difficulties in getting it back in its original shape, PLEASE reach out to me!!

Turnaround: Most kits I make to order, which means I do not keep an inventory on most items. I try very hard to get all orders for regular kits processed and mailed within 5-6 days. If it looks like I may miss that deadline I will reach out to you with a status update. If you ordered a Nebula Conversion, please note that it can take up to 3 (maybe 4) weeks to process and ship due to high demand. Please do not email me asking about the status of your Nebula if it has only been a week.

I enjoy hearing from other fellow modelers and I do my best to respond to emails within 12 hours. Thank you!
